Our services include Soft-Washing the exterior of the home using low-pressure, high-volume equipment that prevents damage unlike the high-pressure alternative. The soft-washing process will clean all organic, dirt, debris, webs, and nests from the siding, windows, doors, trim, soffits, porches, and foundation. Our soaps are diluted down through pro-portioner systems making it safe to use around plants, stained wood, and sensitive parts of the property. The soaps contain a mix of approximately 1% sodium hypochlorite and water; they will break down and remove organic growth from the pores of the surface to keep the surface cleaner for a longer period of time. 

 Our team protects all outlets and other water sensitive areas prior to service. Plants, landscaping, and outside decor are not harmed during the washing process and are thoroughly watered down before and after the service. Absolutely no high pressure is used during our process which avoids damage of any kind. 

We're not responsible for any existing oxidation, damage, or discoloration to the exterior of home prior to service. If dirt, dust, debris, or nests are behind the siding before service, weep holes in the siding may drip dirty water after we complete our service.

Gray striping on gutters and/or trim under the gutters is oxidation and cannot be fully removed with a standard house wash. We do offer a gutter polishing service depending on the gutters condition and surface coating.

Additionally, all furniture and décor must be removed before service.  If they are not removed before service, a convenience fee will apply.

For your convenience, we offer online payment options that can be paid at the time of service. If payment is not made within 7 days after the service, a 15% fee will be applied.
